The modernly furnished vacation apartment in the detached house is on the ground floor with a view of the countryside. It has a spacious sun terrace with garden. The apartment has a separate entrance and a parking space directly in front of the house. The living space is approx. 45 square meters and is a non-smoking apartment, ideal for 2 people. The two rooms are located in the basement and consist of a living/dining room with a comfortable pull-out couch (140x200) as well as a bedroom, small dressing room and bathroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. The new kitchenette has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric stove (ceramic hob), extractor fan, coffee machine (pods), kettle, fully equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery. You sleep in a comfortable double bed 180x200m, bed linen is provided.
